Method to apply

4. Leave the sea moss gel on your skin for 20-30 minutes or longer of desired to allow it to work its magic. 

5. If desired, you can follow up with a natural moisturiser or oil to lock in the hydration. 

6. Repeat this process daily or as needed to help soothe and nourish your skin.

•Sea Moss Bath: Add sea moss gel or sea moss powder to your bathwater. Soak in the bath for 20-30 minutes to allow the sea moss to nourish and hydrate your skin.
